- Oh, that happened twice, but a typical issue has to be appear commonly or at least time to time, but there are plenty of pages where the description is set correctly and you just found another exotic case.

Meta descriptions are usually useless on this domain, but as the checklist specifies one should be made from article content in this case :
"- The link preview *requires* a description.
- If the description in the meta data (routinely) doesn’t describe the contents of the article [note of reporter: this is the case on this domain], your template *must create* a description using the subtitle or lead section, first paragraph, etc."
There's no reason not to use for example the first paragraph in this case ; (now declined) templates from other contestants show a proper preview description for this and other pages.
Ref. another such article in https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/lejdc.fr/template45/issue4/ where you asked for a more recent example to be sure it wasn't a one-off from 2016 ; I guess this one from 3 days ago should do.
