Hi.
In that url there is only one slideshows without any text, or news, it seems more publicity.
In point 6.2.3 of the rules on images and slideshows. It indicates that if in a url there are only slideshows without any other content, it is not necessary to generate it. "When the article consists entirely of a slideshow (and its caption / description) and there's no other content."
