Must be formatted as related

- They are not labeled "related" at source, the rules state that they must be clearly identified as "related".
Look at the <related> section at the end of IV, it is clearly stated there that this is it.
You also violated rule and did not demonstrate a template that correctly handles this situation.
Even if it is assumed that this is a Grigory Korepanov's template, then it treats as Related is not what is needed. At the end of the article there is a clear indication of Related (<div class="related...">), he missed them.
I left the formatting as in the source and I think that I am right. Therefore, I ask you to reconsider the situation, based on the above.

- Element doesn't have to be straight labeled as "related" to be formatted as related. This is a link inside a table with class "artlink" that, I suppose, means "article link".
The block must be converted into related or removed. The table with a link to the other article in the text just looks rudimentary and unformatted.
