Issue #1
The problem with this video is although it could be technically retrieved direct link to it, it has "exp" parameter after that it wouldn't be available. Telegram uses caching for IV pages, so after some period of time link to video will be broken. Also it could and SHOULD be <iframe> as rules states (6.8.2), but iframe have "expires" parameter too.

- My first code for this video had this problem, it only worked for 1 hour, but if you remove the expires parameter, a new token always comes in and the video always stays active.

- Videos with expiration parameters will still work with mobile IVs, since the link would be valid at the time the mobile IV is cached, so the video would be cached too.
The IV Editor works differently than mobile IVs. The mobile IV and IV Editor to not share the same cache.
