AFAIK telegram also caches _processed_ page, with all iframes inlined, etc. You could remove "expires" from <iframe> which allows to work template with cached source page, but you couldn't remove "exp" from video itself, because it's not gonna work. It works here, in preview, cause it always loads fresh source page instead of cached.

Content from iframes must have a distinct cache working. If not, for every update of all supported Telegram widget would have expired content should anything be updated from there. If the video never expires here, it should work perfectly when the IV supports mp4.

Yes, mobile IV would have its own cached video, so a video with an expiration parameter can still work on mobile IV due to video caching.
