Manish's template handles this case better. It works when a page has simple 2-column tables and doesn't generate the IV for pages containing complicated tables (https://lifehacker.ru/2017/03/22/ipad-2017/).

Kindly submit an issue if there are any pages where this approach leads to corrupted IVs.
