I check page in 16:27 MSK on 05 June, and time is setted to this time.

So, good way - don't show this time in article

Apparently they did break something.
IMO, not a reason to ignore — site is active, with decent amount of recent publications (on main page site displays correct date under headlines), they would fix that eventually.

This is a problem of the original website and not of the template. When they fix it, the template will work fine. No need to adapt to temporary problems on the original website.
