The description in link preview is unsuitable and same in many other gallery pages! It is a mistake to use it as description in this case!

This is not an error.
Since the short description is about the content of the article and many others.
It is better that it contain that. And not that it's empty.
The checklist mentions that you must have a short description of the article. Does not say anything about it being empty?
Also in all the articles the description is in meta, so I see that it is not an error.
