The text is too big to be a subtitle. Admin declined my template because of this before:

I don't think that header(you're choose) makes better IV of current page.

In original page this text has class="sfont short_desc". In checklist we can reed:
: 6.1.3 Subtitle
A subtitle is a subordinate title of a published work or article giving additional information about its content. If this is present in the original article, a subtitle is required.
so it's good practise make subtitle text like short description

In issue in your template subtitle too big, and in my subtitle in screen you can see title, subtitle and cover or text, so it's ok.
