- This is a nice one. It an article is from 2012 and they do not use these poll anymore, so is it a valid issue?
Nevertheless, I am resubmitting my template fixing this and the other two issues I found.
P.S. I am also adding the "You'd may also like" block.

Yes, these related articles are changed with time, but very rarely. I'd say for the half of the old articles (till. mid of 2018) related are from the same time period as the original, and for the other half they are from the recent 3 months. They fit under "Relatively static related"
So I think it's normal if IV do not cache recent related articles, because already cached links are still related and provide a user with more information of the article topic.
I hope we won't bother ourselves and admins anymore by making issues for this block. Let it be as it is :)
