Sorry for this late issue, it is just an addition to the previous ones if they will be rejected.

Not sure if it is a valid one. I am sure that removing (or leaving) one empty paragraph is not a reason to reject, but there are 4 empty paragraphs in a row in IV for this page. They are rudimentary and can be easily identified and removed. There is no other content between them.

These empty paragraphs are added by the author of article and removing them could be changing of content of the original article.
