If you are keeping this partner banner in your IV, then it's better to preserve the link to which it leads as in original source.
The other option is to remove it as rudimentary and as you and we did to any other banner.
P.S. Excited to see what you have for me, cause your template is almost perfect except for the tiny non-valid issues (that I use to reduce your stress and nervousness with a poem format). It was nice to compete with you :>
