The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If that image was not nested, you would show up this quiz without issues. Quiz has to be marked as unsupported. The other issue I've got for you... Well it's an old post and I don't think anyone should tackle with it.

The reason for "Nested_element.." is slightly different than you state.
The quiz is indeed marked as @unsupported, otherwise it will be generated on other pages with quizes.

There is an image inside <h2> tag. The outcome is still the same – no IV for this page.

I do not know if this page is the only one with this h2/img dependency or not. Would be better if you showed another one.

To be safe, I will resubmit the template with the fix
