Missing a names of persons on photos

- The names are in the "alt" attribute of images, which does not necessarily mean that they must be parsed into captions - after all, what users see on the source page are captions below the photos, which are preserved here. And, by the way, formatting captions below each photo as <cite> is a bad idea
