If you can't handle pagination, maybe it'd be better not to generate IV at all?

- I don't think so. The original page contains thumbnails of the pictures, but if we can show the original pictures, it's better. Also, the rules say the if the images are the main content of the page, they should be displayed without any slideshows (i.e. pagination in this case)

- If you choose to display such content at all, you must preserve essential navigation. Otherwise this link gives the users access to 219 images on the original and to just 5 images in IV – without any way of even knowing the rest is there. A clear-cut loss of content.
(It would have also been possible to not support these galleries altogether. But if we choose to support something in IV, we need to support it perfectly.)
