- I'm not sure what video are you talking about -- I don't see any videos in original -- neither in iframe nor when opening the page in browser.

- There is actually a video on this page, although it uses a flash player, which perhaps might be why some browsers might not show it.
Either way though, it seems that the method this 2013 page uses to embed the video is fairly different than the method used in their latest "news trailer" page:

This page also does not show the video on mobile browsers (perhaps due to flash).
So this specific page's video embed formatting seems to be a one-off sort of scenario and hence optional for the template creator to support.
