in my opinion , that related block should be remove as it is dynamically added .
as you can see, this article is from 2017 while the "related" is from this year .
if reader from 2021 view article from 2019, i believe the related on original site will be different .
but let's wait for admin . i am curious to know their decision .

I think that this inline related will be better than full related block from issue1
Because full block have more links which can be updated more times than inline related block
