Missing date and time

- It's a Wikipedia entry, not a blog post, it usually has a dozen authors and the time it was created is not relevant.

- I've fixed that issue, but I can't resubmit my template, due to the fact that the competition ended (I wish Andrey pointed out that edit time was an actual checklist rule and not a petty reason to shift me out of the first place, like his other one was)
Anyways, both of the non-rejected templates (#14 and #15) embed videos wrong and create IV pages for frequently updated pages of websites (such as lurkmore.to/Служебная:RecentChanges). Needless to say, my rejected template doesn't, so look into it.
