The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Anchor doesn't work. Note: IV 2.0 supports new type <reference> for such cases. <reference> works the same the same way as <anchor> do, except you need to put the reference content inside of it.
