1. Contacts pages are optional if they have no interactive elements.
Block with forms in the end has nothing to do with this page and is present in all other articles in farsi version (e.g. https://mahak-charity.org/main/index.php/fa/about-mahak/what-s-up-in-mahak/news/2933-2933) and can be removed safely.

2. This page has exactly same structure as all other pages on this site, so I see no reason to exclude it from generation
