At second look at the first paragraph: "To get involved simply visit prizes.mancity.com and if you’re of our lucky winners you could feature in our gallery of prizes and prize winners below…".
"Below..." I suppose that it is not only optional but it can be modified with new prize winners list

- Why? \Maybe any explanation? Optional page with doubtful content and you decline the template even without any word about reasons of your decision?

- Actually I think it's indeed not critical to not support the page. It's not an article, but a special page for contest. And it's dated 2016-2017.
