- it can't be safely identified. it's using class "gallery-module" for it, but removing all of blocks with this class will lead to loss of content. for example, on this page (https://www.marieclaire.com/career-advice/a27225870/how-to-start-a-business/) they are using the same "gallery-module" class for important content: https://telegra.ph/123-04-27-17
moreover, it's not really an advertisement, it's part of the article. You can see there's that title "What a Pro Soccer Player Keeps in Her Makeup Bag", and it's related to the article
