- It can't be reliably identified because there are no classes or ids or anything indicating that the page is dynamic. And actually all the articles on this website can be edited, sooner or later. Parsing it by url just isn't a way, because they can post new article that will be annually updated. So I don't think that one article that updated once or twice year ago is a valid issue
