- Actually, when you click on this link, you get to a different page. So it's actually a link, which should be preserved as any other link in the article.
P.S.
In this particular case, the resource it's pointing to gives 403 error, but there is no way to determine whether the resource behind some links is going to be broken or not.
User would achieve the same result, if clicked in the origin.
