IV should not be generated for pages containing job offers (at least such blocks should be removed).

This is a static page about "RALPH LAUREN" brand.
The table you highlighted isn't dynamic and not updated real-time!
IV engine will update cached pages with less frequently so there is not any problem.

Thus it's completely static and should generate IV.
