P.S. In issue https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/mdr.de/template1/issue2/ I made bad suggestion about 'cssArticleShortNews', cuz I found that it also used for faq pages (example: https://www.mdr.de/wissen/antworten/wie-sieht-das-krankenhaus-der-zukunft-aus100.html )

Now to skip generating IV for these dynamic pages:

I using this rule:
!not_exists: //body[has-class("inews")]

(classname 'inews' is present for dynamic pages with short news, but not present for other static pages that also marked as cssArticleShortNews)
