Author name is required if it is presented in the source article in a clear way (at the top of the page, at the very end of the text, in the meta tags etc.), especially if there's a name of an actual person.

The article doesn't have a title, but the title is required in IV. The idea was to use the author name as the title, because this is very close to what a medium user sees when he opens this page in the browser.
