- As far as I can tell from reading the checklist, this is not an IV target, no. IV is for main content, primarily news, blogs, other publications, wiki pages. Different kinds of support pages are, in my understanding, optional at best. And sometimes are undesirable for IV, because of their nature: too dynamic, or not useful in a read-only mode on a phone.
As for the other issue, yeah, let's see what the admins have to say.
I mean, we did go this route on the previous contest, and then close to the end the admins just stopped accepting this kind of issues and restored a bunch of old templates that was rejected because of them. So I thought we might skip that this time.

(Offtop, shame we can't respond with even with a single message to issues in general (to issue2): I reported solely because admin accepted the initial issue. And yes, I understand that this is more a website's fault, but.. last word for admin anyway).
