Inconsistent blockquote cite.

- o_O very strange behaviour, and I don't know what causing it. All other pages' blockquotes looks fine. Does this really count as a super major issue?

- Ahh I got it now. I check for text length to support blockquote cites where last paragraphs contains both regular and bold text.
