Incorrect timezone set manually.

There's no timezone in source code. Ukraine is in +3 timezone currently, time must be 5:00.

It was +2 when I created the template...
According to checklist, "If date is specified correctly, time is optional", so it's not a critical issue, I believe. Will fix that if I will have to edit the template anyway though.
