Photo between "As Owen says:" and quote

- On this website quotes often contain pictures. In some cases those pictures are relevant to the context ( such example: https://minecraft.net/en-us/article/which-mob-makes-best-pet-0 ). There is no way to say for sure if the image is relevant or it just represents avatar. As of right now <blockquote> doesn't support images inside of it. This is why I decided to keep the image, to maintain context of the quote.

- IV 2.0 supports <pic> inside <blockquote>. This should look better, kindly try this way to save an image context.
