In this case, it is impossible to reliably identify the image signature as a source, because <figcaption> does not have special attributes. The attributes that <figcaption> have are used for ordinary image captions too. The only way to identify is to use regular expressions. But it is not reliable enough, because the image caption can begin not only with "Photo", but also with "Source", etc.
