The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

My template doesn't remove the map. It has <iframe> with @src to Google Maps, as in the source page and as described in the docs you are mention, but IV doesn't support it.
You have replaced Google Maps with Yandex one, but we should not do this:
1) Google Maps embedded in "Satellite" mode in the source page, while Yandex.Maps in your template shows just point in the schematic map. So there could be missed some essential data on the map.
2) Now, I'm, as user from Ukraine, don't see any map (due to blocking Yandex services in Ukraine) on the page and easily could be confused when reading the article: https://imgur.com/a/2XFYwle
