Those pagination won't work in IV, when you click 2, it jumps back to page 1. So it should not generated IV.

- Pagination links works like links without IV (opens in browser). Only in dev mode it's jumps to the first page. Telegram apps open such links in browser. What is the problem?

When we create a slideshow from gallery, we are guided by the principle: if you cannot save all the images, keep the link to the full gallery (even if the page with the full version of gallery doesn't support IV)
I believe that this principle is applied here. Links still work (without IV, just like links) for users, but not for the template developer (because Telegram in IV dev mode can't handle redirect correctly?).

- The problem is that the following pages will be generate IV too. So clients will try to open them in the IV, but will fail since there's redirect caused by <link rel="canonical" href="https://mmajunkie.com/2018/03/the-15-worst-fouls-in-mma-history-including-alistair-overeem-jose-aldo-and-anderson-silva" />
So, as Sam Chen said, the pagination won't work in this case.

- If we assume that, then another type of pages with pagination ( https://mmajunkie.com/2019/02/ufc-prague-10-best-photos-thiago-marreta-santos ) must not generate IV too.
