Hi! You kept anchor links, but removed table of contents that lets you actually use them for navigation.

- These anchors can not work correctly on this site, as the link and attribute name are written in Russian. in IV, the Russian language in the link is replaced with the character codes html, and in the attribute the name Russian remains. If you encode a name in code, it is automatically decoded in IV, also for reference, only vice versa. you can see my competitor's template, the anchors of the content in its template do not work
