This issue was created as part of our final processing of appeals on our earlier decisions submitted by the contestants. Thank you very much for taking the time and effort to participate in our contest!
Please note that we no longer accept submissions of new issues in any form. As of this stage, we can only process appeals on our decisions about the issue for which the appeal was submitted.

- I'm not sure about this but I wouldn't miss something like this, especially since I worked on the captions specifically.
Also, the fix is to add a <br> before the next line with @before function. But it already has that
There's already breaks in the source, which the IV engine ignores.

- There are a few different ways to support caption structure like this, although some methods are more reliable than others.
It does not seem that there was an external change to cause a difference in handling of this caption structure after the contest compared to before the contest ended. Instead, it seems that template 2 was unfortunately not able to effectively support this caption structure.
Since no template could parse this website perfectly, this domain will have no winners in the first contest.
