The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I wasn't able to make all the anchor links functional, so I didn't generate the page, but I figured it out and have fixed it :) (BTW your template is also missing the anchor links)
