Sorry for the duplicate issue, but I just wanted to point out that these news articles are different from the large guide articles that are updated regularly. I agree with you that we should use the updated time for those pages, but the news articles should use the published time. On the other pages, only the update time is visible, but here both dates are shown to the user. The checklist is clear that we should choose the publish date for news articles if there are multiple listed.

I don't understand why are you reviewing issues for templates with days until deadline while there are ones that are more than 11 days on review with no activity.
