it looks like a table on the main page, not a quote. my point was to make it different from the rest of the article nothing wrong with it.
According to previous issues received, we must make them distinguishable in any way and I delivered what was asked for.

It seems that "citat" is Slovenian for "quote". And yes, this block seems to actually be a pullquote, which IV supports.
