I think it is possible to save the photo of the author in blockquotes, because the site uses photos of acceptable quality.

All essential content must be presented on the Instant View page.

But it's not essential. There is no markup for them. It's more for design purpose, but in IV it's looking bad. I think dev team will add something like <address> with icon, name and position just like in embeds. Then it will make sense to save the icons.
