Issue #3

some articles on this site do not have visible date, but they do have this <meta itemprop="dateModified" content="2017-09-27 13:56:37">, I think it could be used for those cases.

6.1.2 Date and time
preference should be given to the time that is visible to the ordinary user who views the page in a browser.

I did everything as written in the checklist. There is no publication date on the page and the user does not see the publication date. Using the date from other sources is optional

The date of publication is obligatory for news publications. It must be obtained by any means possible, including meta tags, etc. If date is specified correctly, time is optional.

Read what is written in the checklist:
The DATE OF PUBLICATION is obligatory for news publications. It must be obtained by any means possible, including meta tags, etc.

But this is not the DATE OF PUBLICATION! And this date is not visible in the article, the ordinary user will not see it.

Why do you make different decisions for the same cases? Look at the case on this link
https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/bookmaker-ratings.com.ua/template3/issue2/

There is clearly indicated the date of publication in the source code, but the administrator has decided that this is not critical, since the date is not in the article.

And in my case there is no publication date, it is the modification date, but you accept the issue. Please make logical decisions.
