But this is not the DATE OF PUBLICATION! And this date is not visible in the article, the ordinary user will not see it.

There is clearly indicated the date of publication in the source code, but the administrator has decided that this is not critical, since the date is not in the article.
And in my case there is no publication date, it is the modification date, but you accept the issue. Please make logical decisions.
