Here's the begin of that date and time checklist https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-1-2-date-and-time:

> The date of publication is obligatory for news publications. It must be obtained by any means possible, including meta tags, etc. If date is specified correctly, time is optional.

Since this //meta[@itemprop="dateModified"] does exist in the article body, so I guess it would be required here.

But, yes, it's not a case like //meta[@itemprop="datePublished"], so it's up to admin here.

you're right, the date of publication is obligatory for news publications, but this is not the publication date, but the modification date and ordinary user does not see it. Read Issue # 3
