No. It is hardcoded by css style. Of course we can hardcoded it too but for which reason? Valuating is doubled both by "stars" and by estimated value. If there were no estimated values you could hardcode "stars" but that is the bad practice. So i guess hardcoded "stars" are optional.
Furthermore you should hardcode either width and height beacuse it depends on resolution in original article. And what type of width and height do you choose? And which is correct? There are no direct image sources like "src" or "width"/"height".
