Rudimentary content. It placed after dynamical related block, so can be removed more or less safely. Don't tell me it's not identifiable, you are able to grab plain paragraph by text pattern, so, it's identifiable and removable too.

And it's highly likely error-prone, as removing everything in [] would remove normal comments that the site editors make in square brackets.

Do you even realize that it's in this place only in this article? And if this text is present in other articles (I haven't seen such), it may very well be in other places?
