Yes. MSN News is a widely read site. They host many articles from other news agencies on MSN.com domain -- see:
•https://msn.com/news - select an article from a source that does not show any previews on Telegram, like "The Washington Post", which is usually a very paywall-unfriendly site. When sharing the hosted Washington Post article from the MSN source, a preview and Instant View can be generated for people.
Example WaPo article that is locked behind a paywall for 95% of people, but MSN hosts for free:
MSN News articles almost always generated a Instant View until mid-late Summer of 2023. For a while, no link preview would generate, either.
But that is now fixed on Telegram, but the Instant View did not return with it.
Please advise if I need to do anything else to help.
