It's not a pullquote

- It is pullquote. In original page this is not pull quote and blockquote .This come in <em> tag. But looks like as pullquote. So i think it should be pullquote . It looked like as in original page.
So i think it is not critical issue.::)

- Since it's a simple paragraph with <em> and not a pullquote in the original article, such formatting must not be used in IV either
