Author's name on IV page must link to the author URL if an author URL is specified in the source.

- I think that the issue Aleksandr Kardash found in my templete is not valid, because I can't which essential content is missing in the IV page he indicated. The IV generated by my templeate shows the complete article content. Comments and other irrelevant information must not be present in the IV and have been removed.
