It's not figcaption, it's img's alt.

For example, there img's alt is "Huawei 5G test" and "Huawei 5G test 2", I don't think that is a good figcaption - https://mybroadband.co.za/news/wireless/297650-huawei-5g-test-achieves-1gbps-download-speed.html
