As already mentioned, the site does not provide reliable references to identify the various elements of the page.
If you don't want to understand it, I don't know what I can do with it.
Modifying the template for this page means ruining / damaging 99% of the IVs.
It does not make sense.
I repeat there are no tags or classes or other elements that allow us to identify with certainty.
If you don't like it ... amen

You are again dodgy and misleading. If, as you say, h2 (subtitle) is always following h1 (title), then why "Nessun trailer disponibile!" is not the title of the page? You have a wrong XPath and it must be fixed.
Also, there will always be unreleased films, so it will not solve by itself...
