Missing cover and the first image in body.

- In this case first image should not be absent, so this issue is valid.
Missing cover is okay, image is duplicated, so the cover must not be set, see Checklist.
I won't resubmit template know, want to know admin's opinion on issues (#1, #2) about the cover and its duplicating.

- Generally speaking, if the source page itself has duplicate covers, then it's not the template's fault for displaying those duplicate covers.
The checklist case regarding template not displaying duplicate covers is usually regarding meta covers that are not displayed in source page, but template sets a meta cover that duplicates an image on the source page, even though source page itself does not show duplicate images to the user in browser.
I hope this explanation clarifies things.
